Cancellations/Reschedules


Zaria Beauty requires at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. This allows us time to fill the appointment with someone from our waiting list, to ensure the best possible service to everyone. If you do not provide 24 hours' notice, you may be responsible for a late cancellation fee or may forfeit your deposit. If you do not call and do not show up to your appointment (no call/no show) you will be responsible for 100% of your service cost and this will be charged to the card on file.

Late Policy

Zaria Beauty values our client's time and strives to provide the best possible service. If you arrive late to your appointment, there may not be time to provide the desired service. We will discuss options with you if you are late, but you may have a reduced treatment time, or we may need to reschedule you. If you have a reduced treatment time you will still be responsible for the full amount of the treatment booked. If we have to reschedule you, you will be responsible for a late payment fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

Salon Safety

​

Due to safety reasons, we ask that you please not bring anyone with you, including small children, to your appointment. There are sharp and hazardous instruments that we work with, and it is not a safe environment for children.

Client Satisfaction

​

Zaria Beauty strives to  provide the best service to every client, every time. If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, or are experiencing more lashes falling out than normal, please contact us immediately. We require that you contact us within 72 hours of you appointment so that we can remedy the issue.
